5. Payment Terms

All fees are due in advance. Payment options include credit card, debit card, and approved electronic transaction methods.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Clients may request a refund up to 7 days prior to a scheduled live coaching session. Requests should be submitted through our contact form. Approved requests will be processed to the original payment method within 10 days. Sessions canceled less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable due to reserved time slots and resource allocation but may be rescheduled once at no extra charge.

6.2 Informational Products

Digital guides and online courses may be returned within 14 days of purchase provided less than 25% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. To request a refund, use the contact form. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 10 days.

6.3 Goods

Physical items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection via the original payment method within 10 days.

7. Rescheduling Policy

Live coaching sessions may be rescheduled once at no extra charge if notified at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Subsequent changes or late requests are subject to additional fees.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on goaltuner.online, including guides, templates, and branding, is owned by goaltuner and protected by copyright. Users may not reproduce or distribute materials without prior consent.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
